This time is Kikuseidai(掬星台) which is the night view spot in the middle of Hyogo.

Kikuseidai is acknowledged as one of three major night views of Japan.

It is also known as the name " The Million Dollar Night View ".

Kikuseidai is located in Mt.Maya at about 700 meters above the sea level.

You can climb up there by car or Maya Ropeway.
